Class Policy Reminders
Allergies: please discuss any allergies your child may suffer from immediately with your child's teachers. It is critical that these allergies be posted in the classroom. Any food allergies should be discussed with the school cook, Miss Karrie.
With summer comes hot weather. Please make sure your child has extra clothes here at school. Send sunscreen if you would like us to apply it during outside playtime. Sandals cannot be worn at any time; only enclosed shoes are allowed.
Be sure to sign in and out each day. Medication is given when prescribed by a doctor. Instructions for medicine given at school must be signed in on the medication sheet.
Children with a fever will not be permitted in school. Please do not give children Tylenol right before coming to school with the assumption that they will be okay. In most cases, fever begins to reappear as the Tylenol wears off and, meantime, the entire class has been exposed to illness.
Please try to observe our pick-up time, as the staff has worked a full day and is eager to get home to their families.
A $20 charge is given for late payments or returned checks. Weekly tuition is due every Monday. Monthly tuition is due every four weeks. When you are going on vacation, going off track, or dropping out, please fill out the slips located in the lobby and drop in the tuition box in order to receive credit on your billing statement.
Be sure to take home your child's belongings each day.
Newsletters and tuition statements come out every four weeks. Please read these newsletters. We have found that many parents miss out on important information and events that are coming up in their child's classrooms when they do not read the newsletters. |
